The development plan of Dream Mall is invested by Tongzheng Development Co., Ltd, a subordinate of the President Global Corporation, which had invested NT$18.5 billion to build Dream Mall. Dream Mall covers an area of 15,000 square meters and the total floor area is 121,000 square meters, including a shopping mall of 78,000 square meters and a parking lot of 43,000 square meters (3,000 parking spaces). The Ferris wheel on the rooftop is 102.5 meters highboth the seascape and townscape can be enjoyed. It attracts over 18 million tourists every year, since its opening on March 30th 2007. It has become the new tourist attraction in the shopping district.It won the silver award at the 2008 ICSC Asian Shopping Center Awards in the category of international design and development.
The main stores in Dream Mall include UNI-USTYLE Department Stores, Cinemark, Happy 100 Indoor and Outdoor Theme Park, Tom’s World, Toys“R”Us, City Oasis, Pariss International Chain Store Restaurant, Grand New Palace Banquet & Convention Centre, DAISO, Wowprime, Friday's, JASONS MARKET PLACE, Working House and other large stores, international fashion boutiques, general commodities and restaurant related companies.
